Step ONE

Connect & Get Pre-Approved

We'll get to know one another during our first call or meeting. This will allow me to learn your goals and discover what you’re looking for in your new home. I'll also take this time to explain how I can best represent and guide you through this process. Getting pre-approved and establishing a relationship with a lender before we start the actual home search is extremely important. This will allow us to focus primarily on homes that fit your budget. 

Step Two

Start The Search

Once we have your finances in order, the home search begins. You will have your own auto-generated home search. The moment a home hits the market that fits your criteria, it will be sent straight to your inbox. I’ll schedule personal showings for the homes you’d like to see in person. We’ll then get together to determine which home you want to make an offer on.

Here are some questions to ask before searching for a home…
◊ Where do you want to buy?
◊ Is there a specific school district you’d prefer to be nearby?
◊ Are you interested in new construction or a resale home?
◊ What 3 features are most important to you?

Step Three

Offers & Negotiations

I’ll do the research and will offer you my opinion of value. I’ll help you structure a competitive offer in a way that works best for you. I’m an expert in this market and I will always have your best interest in mind. Once your offer gets accepted, my team and I will take care of the rest. From inspections, appraisal, and mortgage approval, we’ll be there every step of the way. Negotiations come into play during the inspection and appraisal phases. But don’t feel overwhelmed, I will be there to guide you through the process. 

Step Four

Preparing to Close

Congratulations! It's time to settle on your brand new home. On closing day, we will meet at a predetermined location and time. There we will sign the final paperwork, and you will receive the keys to your new home.
